![]() If you're looking for lots of storage, I've never found another company that's really come close to competing with iDrive on price. It's a backup solution, that happens to also offer a syncing solution (like other "popular" cloud services).Īt the same time though, you're barely paying anything for iDrive, so it of course doesn't really make much sense for someone to expect $120 - $200+ / year solutions when they're barely charging you $6.95 for the year (via promo), or $52.12 / year normally. It doesn't, and honestly never promised, every feature under the sun - yet it does certainly still have useful features. IDrive functions and gets the job it sets out to accomplish, though. The respective company scales are simply completely incomparable. That said, the biggest difference between iDrive and Google Drive (or Google One) is of course going to be the gigantic difference in development budget. ![]()
